Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and direct them when necessary
• Accurate posting of all transactions
• Ensuring that all mediums of payments are always functioning properly
• Ensure all protocols for daily transactions are duly observed such as the remittance of all cash
• Reporting any case that requires supervisory intervention for effective customer service
• Proper closing of account daily while ensuring account balances
• Making information available to customers concerning services beneficial to them such as promos, sales, new balances, etc
• Ensuring customers are satisfactorily attended to
• Attend to customers on the retail floor when necessary
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of OND in Accounting or its equivalent.
• The ideal candidate must be smart and have a good charisma
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
• 1 - 2 years of Cashier experience
• High level of energy with strong customer skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service
• Attention to detail
• Helpful and courteous approach to resolving complaints

Location: The candidate should be within Yaba and its environs.

Remuneration: NGN 30,000 - 40,000
