Job summary
Aniso Specialist Medical Centre is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to handle daily transactions, maintain accurate financial records and support smooth billing operations. The ideal candidate must be computer-literate and able to follow instructions and prompts accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, POS and transfer payments for patients and issue receipts promptly.
- Record all transactions accurately in the hospital's billing/accounting software.
- Reconcile daily collections and prepare end-of-day summaries.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accountability of funds.
- Assist in billing processes and collaborate with front desk/records and pharmacy staff.
- Ensure compliance with hospital financial policies and procedures.
- Report discrepancies or irregularities immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a professional attitude and provide courteous service to all patients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience as a cashier or accounts clerk is an added advantage.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High computer literacy - ability to use billing software, Microsoft Excel and POS systems efficiently.
- Ability to follow instructions and on-screen prompts carefully.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty and integrity.
- Must live in Benin City.
