Responsibilities:
- Receiving and inspecting meat.
- Cuts, trims, and prepares various types of meat, like beef, pork, and poultry into standard.
- Packaging and displaying it properly
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
- Maintaining hygienic conditions and equipment, and providing customer service.
- Butchers also ensure compliance with food safety regulations and may create specialty items such as sausages or seasoned meats.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- SSCE Certificate
