Responsibilities and Duties
The Business Support & Client Experience Personnel will report to the Business & People Operations Executive dotted to the Principal/CEO.
Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner.
Logging of technical issues, customer complaints and compliments.
Develop customer feedback surveys and analyse feedback on products and services.
Preparation of office facilities for use.
Provide administrative support to Business & People Operations Executive.
Explore and exploit new growth opportunities for the business.
Proactively identify sources and resource needed to support business growth.
HND or BSc
1-2 years proven track record of high performance in customer service
Communication – Mastery
People management - Excellent
Digital – Well above average
IT savvy including use of MS office applications - Mastery
