Business Operations & Growth Officer

Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Ensure adherence to daily operational processes and workflows. Liaise with recruitment officers, companies, and partners to streamline collaboration. 
• Brand Representation: Act as the face of CVSense, hosting webinars, live product demos, and virtual events. Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Influencer & Partnership Coordination: Identify, onboard, and manage influencers to promote CVSense. Implement influencer campaigns and track their impact on growth metrics.
• Marketing & Growth: Lead general marketing efforts, including content creation, social media, and email campaigns. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare periodic reports on operational performance, growth metrics, and campaign outcomes. Collaborate with the product and tech teams to align marketing strategies with product updates.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, growth marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record in coordinating events, webinars, or live product demonstrations.
• Experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or community management.
• Tech-savvy, with familiarity in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics.
• Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A problem-solver with a growth mindset and a passion for EdTech or AI-driven solutions.
