Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop Opportunities:
- Research, identify, and pursue new business opportunities across our subsidiaries and emerging ventures.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders to expand the company’s reach and service portfolio.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market intelligence to assess industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement sales and growth strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
Project Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, launch, and scale new business initiatives or subsidiaries under the De-Phine brand.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Prepare business reports, proposals, and presentations for the management and board, detailing progress, forecasts, and ROI on business initiative
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with management, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in business development, management, or strategy roles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and scale profitable ventures.
- Leadership ability and experience working in fast-growing or multi-business environments.
