Job Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Builder to oversee and execute building construction projects from foundation to finishing. The ideal candidate must be experienced in site supervision, masonry, structural works, and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise day-to-day building construction activities.
Interpret building plans, blueprints, and structural drawings.
Coordinate masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other site workers.
Ensure construction work meets quality, structural, and safety standards.
Oversee blockwork, concrete works, roofing, plastering, and other construction processes.
Monitor material usage and prevent waste.
Prepare basic site reports and update project supervisors or engineers.
Ensure timely delivery of each construction phase.

Requirements:

OND/HND/B.Tech in Building Technology or related field (added advantage).
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in building construction.
Strong knowledge of masonry, concrete works, and finishing.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Good leadership and site management skills.
Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and building standards.
