Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving users down the conversion funnel. 

  • B2B Marketing leads generation and engagement for partnerships

  • Ensuring branded, personalized moments at each and every point of customer engagement. 

  • Marketing and User touchpoint brand alignment and optimisation.

  • Customer experience research. 

  • Writing, editing and proofreading content. 

  • Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc. 

  • Formulating a cross-platform content marketing strategy.

Skills Required 

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong passion for serving and understanding customers 

  • Incredibly creative marketing and communication skills 

  • Interpersonal skills to help them work with cross-functional teams

  • Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help create a stronger brand, and improve the customer conversions

  • Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts 

  • Ability to write effective copy is a necessity; graphic design capabilities are a plus 

  • An interest in psychology and behavioral science for qualitative research

  • An ability to handle data to work in quantitative research 

  • The ability to take responsibility and handle the pressure 

  • Accurate and clear written skills when producing questionnaires and reports 

  • Methodical and well organised
