3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Incredibly creative marketing and communication skills
Interpersonal skills to help them work with cross-functional teams
Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help create a stronger brand, and improve the customer conversions
Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts
Ability to write effective copy is a necessity; graphic design capabilities are a plus
An interest in psychology and behavioral science for qualitative research
An ability to handle data to work in quantitative research
The ability to take responsibility and handle the pressure
Accurate and clear written skills when producing questionnaires and reports
