The Automobile Mechanic Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and optimal performance of all company vehicles and mobile equipment within the noodles factory. This includes delivery trucks, forklifts, company cars, and generators used for factory operations. The role ensures that all vehicles are in safe, reliable.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all mechanical repair, servicing, and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in vehicles and mobile equipment.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and reduced breakdowns.
- Assign tasks to mechanics, monitor progress, and ensure work is done to required quality standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, spare parts, and fuel consumption.
- Manage workshop tools and ensure they are in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and procedures.
- Liaise with external service providers or vendors for specialised repairs when necessary.
- Train and mentor subordinate mechanics to improve technical competence and efficiency.
