A law firm is seeking to employ Associates with 5 - 10 years of post-call experience with strong litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate/commercial skills and who are equally willing and able to take on oversight functions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and Review of court processes and other legal documents
- Drafting and review of contractual documentation
- Conduct property and corporate transactions
- Appearance at court sittings
- Attendance at Client meetings
- Monitoring and Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations at all levels
- Scheduling and managing Client interview
- Engage in pre-litigation settlement discussions
- Filing of court processes
- Preparation of reports and write-ups on relevant issues
- Appearance at and representation of Clients at law enforcement agencies
- Providing general legal support to the team
- Carrying out any other function assigned to the team.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the law
- Excellent research skills
- Good leadership skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Ability to take on oversight functions
- Ability to follow procedures ad processes
