Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Draft court processes, represent clients, and manage case files effectively.
- Review and draft agreements, contracts, and transaction documents.
- Provide advisory support on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
- Prepare notices, agendas, and minutes of meetings.
- Ensure proper resolution documentation and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft legal opinions and memoranda.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve the firm's goals and deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years post-call experience in a reputable law firm.
- Strong expertise in litigation and transactional law.
- Proficiency in drafting, researching, and managing corporate governance matters.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Nigerian laws and regulatory frameworks.
