Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all Argon (TIG) and general welding activities in the factory workshop and production areas.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily welding and fabrication tasks for welders and technicians.
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair stainless steel pipes, tanks, supports, conveyors, and machine frames.
- Ensure welding work complies with factory quality, safety, and hygiene standards (especially for food-contact surfaces).
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Inspect and test welds to verify accuracy, strength, and leak-proof quality.
- Maintain inventory of welding consumables (electrodes, filler rods, shielding gas, etc.).
- Train and mentor welders to improve technical skills and welding precision.
- Ensure all welding machines, tools, and equipment are properly maintained.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to support production-related repairs and projects.
- Enforce safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
