Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs that align with Itoro Casa’s interior design standards and client requirements. Daily tasks include creating drawings and 3D models, preparing design documentation, coordinating with project managers and interior designers, and ensuring that structural, safety, and regulatory standards are met. The role involves collaborating with vendors and contractors, participating in site visits and inspections, and supporting integration of architectural elements with interior planning and scenting strategies. The Architect will also contribute to project timelines, resource planning, and continuous improvement of design processes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience translating client requirements into functional, aesthetically compelling spaces.
• Ability to work with relevant Software Development tools and Integration of design software (e.g., CAD, BIM) into project workflows.
• Proven Project Management skills, including organizing resources, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field, with professional registration or progress toward licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and strong technical drawing skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience working on interior-focused or high-end residential and corporate projects in Nigeria or similar markets is an advantage.
