Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural designs, concepts, and layouts for residential, commercial, and institutional projects
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and space planning
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical, and civil engineers
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, planning regulations, and safety standards
- Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback
- Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to approved designs
- Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material samples
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation
- Participate in site meetings and provide technical guidance
- Ensure quality control and resolve design or construction issues
