Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create architectural designs and develop project concepts.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout project lifecycle.
- Supervise construction work to ensure adherence to approved designs.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance.
- Review project progress and address any design or construction issues.
- Prepare and present design proposals and reports.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and budget.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
- Professional certification and registration with the architects registration council of Nigeria (ARCON).
- Membership with the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
