Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Develop and coordinate designs using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Produce high-quality 3D visualisations and renders (3Ds Max is critical).
- Support design development from the concept stage through execution.
- Work closely with project and site teams to ensure designs are buildable and aligned with project requirements.
- Update drawings based on site feedback and management directives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D Max (non-negotiable).
- Practical experience within real estate, construction, or property development environments.
- Ability to work independently and deliver under minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required).
- Master’s degree in Architecture is an advantage.
