Responsibilities:
- Analyse soil composition and recommend fertiliser programmes.
- Develop crop calendars and production strategies.
- Monitor crop health and recommend pest and disease control measures.
- Supervise planting, irrigation, and harvesting activities.
- Conduct field trials to improve productivity.
- Maintain agronomic records and prepare farm reports.
- Provide technical guidance to farm staff.
- Ensure sustainable and environmentally responsible farming practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agriculture, or a related discipline.
