Job Summary
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s ready to step up, bringing structure and clarity to day-to-day finance operations for Milestone Boutique Apartments and PEIN. You’ll be trusted to manage everything from month-end and budgeting to year-end reporting, while working closely with the Director on key decisions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting activities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Keeping records and cross-examination of transactions, invoices, payments, and expenses
- Processing of monthly payroll journals and reconciliation of payroll records to accounts
- Managing and processing bills and Invoices
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting activities
- Managing the company’s accounts.
- Preparation of the company's annual accounts for submission to FIRS and JTB
- Tracking the progress of project activities to enable appropriate project financial performance, including risk analysis
- Assist in the management of the project data to ensure accurate reporting and account integrity.
- Preparing for monthly financial information by investigating variances and analysing projects to explain actual financial performance against budget
- Tracking Intercompany transactions and assisting with cost and revenue reporting
- Collaborate with supply chain, commercial and operations teams to further understand projects
- Ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Professional qualification in Accounting.
- 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in taxation and accounting for production or bakery operations.
- Proven experience in accounting and taxation laws in Nigeria.
