We are scaling aggressively toward $1M+ in annual revenue, and we are looking for a financial professional who can bring structure, clarity, and control to our numbers. We are hiring an Accountant/Financial Controller who will take ownership of our financial systems, reporting, and profitability tracking. You will work directly with leadership to drive smarter decisions, protect margins, and build a scalable financial foundation. Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Own the financial operation end-to-end
- Manage full-cycle accounting (A/R, A/P, reconciliations, payroll support)
- Produce monthly financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Track job-level profitability across all projects
- Integrate and manage QuickBooks Online + Housecall Pro data flow
- Monitor cash flow, collections, and outstanding invoices
- Build and maintain budgets and forecasts
- Identify cost leaks and improve overall margins
- Support pricing decisions with real financial data
- Coordinate with CPA on tax filings and compliance
- Develop clean, scalable financial processes and reporting systems
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of accounting experience (construction or service industry preferred)
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)
- Experience with job costing and project-based accounting
- Familiarity with Housecall Pro or similar FSM software (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (reporting, analysis, dashboards)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 400,000 Monthly (depending on skillset and experience)
