Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accountant with vast knowledge of accounting software.
- Minimum Qualification : Degree
- Experience Level : Entry level

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Account reconciliation
- Keep proper documentation of daily expenditure
- Record all agents' transactions.
- Monthly and yearly report.
- Record all unpaid balances. (keep record of all debt)
- Keep a record of all transactions between the company and Nigerian partners (clearing agents and other partners)
- Update all manifests according to payment (daily).
- Update all weekly and monthly transactions.
- Taking monthly stock and inventory.
- Reviews the payroll and all company expenses.
- Assist in other office/warehouse activities (when there is a need for that).
- Prepares financial records (monthly) and advises management on finance.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Degree in a related field
- Work Type: (Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5 PM), Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3 PM}
