Accountant
Job summary
We're looking for someone who is very familiar with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar. A person with great attention to detail and help oversee and drive our accounting/finance activities as an organisation.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up with clients on outstanding balances.
- Handle petty cash, monitor cash flow, and manage internal expenses.
- Process staff salaries and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Support budgeting, reporting, and expense tracking.
- Liaise with our external tax consultant on audit and tax filing matters.
- Suggest and implement improvements for smoother financial processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND
- 2 years of previous work experience in similar role
