Account Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Officer to join our team in Ikoyi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of our daily financial transactions.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
- Support the management team with financial analysis as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is an advantage.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho).
- Traits: High level of integrity, strong analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Location: Must be able to commute to Ikoyi, Lagos.
Remuneration
- NGN 200,000 monthly (net).
- HMO, Pension, 13th Month, etc.
