Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping: Maintain and record all financial transactions, including receipts and payments.
- Billing & Invoicing: Process outgoing invoices to customers and manage accounts receivable.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and record incoming and outgoing funds and track business expenses.
- Account Reconciliation: Verify the accutacy of invoices and reconcile accounts with the general ledger to ensure consistency.
- Debt Collection: Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate with clients regarding past-due amounts.
- Financial Support: Provide support for audits and tax preparation.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve general account queries and discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
