As a graduate trainee in our Support Services Functions, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills through hands-on experience and exposure to various functions within the organization.

In this engaging and immersive programme, you will:

Shadow experienced professionals in different Support Services departments, including Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Procurement, and Information Technology. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance your knowledge and skills. Work on projects and assignments to contribute to the efficient operations of our support functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insight into the interconnectedness of various departments. Apply innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve processes. Build lasting professional relationships with colleagues and mentors who will support your growth and development.

Requirements

Frist degree or HND in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration or Information Technology. Minimum of second class lower or equipment. Graduated between 2021 and 2023, with NYSC completion certificate. Not above 27 years at the time of application. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to think critically, analyze data, and propose innovative solutions. Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic work environment. Passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
