The Snr Site Engr for Civil and External Works manages all civil engineering works running in parallel with the residential block construction. Roads, drainage, the perimeter wall, utilities infrastructure, and all external works must be delivered concurrently with the residential blocks and handed over as part of the completed estate.

Leads measurement, cost planning, bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation, interim valuations, and subcontractor payment certifications. The Snr Quantity Surveyor produces and manages the financial measurement and valuation framework for the entire project, ensuring that every amount spent is measured, agreed, and recovered correctly.
