Work From Home part-time role for a Data Assistant skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic Python. Duties include pulling property/owner lists, running pre-built Python scripts to gather data, cleaning and formatting spreadsheets, enriching contacts with research, uploading to CRM, and preparing SMS/email blasts. Flexible hours.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Pull property and owner lists from PropStream and similar platforms
- Run pre-built Python scripts to gather owner and contact details
- Research and enrich records using online resources
- Clean and format data in Excel/Google Sheets before uploading into CRM systems
- Prepare SMS/email campaigns from provided templates
- Provide weekly reports on leads processed and outreach completed
Requirements:
- Minimum OND qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry or research
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Basic Python knowledge (able to run scripts, no coding required)
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Compensation Structure
- NGN 75,000/month starting (part-time, ~4 hrs/day)
- Can increase to NGN100,000/month after a few months of consistent good performance
- Remote work with flexible hours (not tied to U.S. EST)
- Immediate start preferred
