A fast-moving AI startup hiring a Fullstack Developer (Node.js, TypeScript, React) to build core features, ship fast, and work directly with the founders on our AI-driven platform. You’ll work directly with the founders to design and build new features in our AI-driven platform. This is a role for a builder: someone who enjoys taking ownership, shipping fast, and solving real product problems end-to-end.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features in an existing, semi-mature product
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices in Node.js + TypeScript, connected to a React frontend
- Work with LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases to create AI features (semantic search, recommendations, chat-style tools)
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
- Collaborate with product and design to create logical UX flows (functionality over pixel-perfection)
- Take part in technical discussions and contribute ideas to improve architecture and code quality
What You Won’t Do
- DevOps / Infrastructure (AWS infra, CI/CD pipelines, deployment pipelines)
- Visual UI/UX design (we prioritise functional UX, not pixel-perfect design)
Requirements:
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Familiarity with SQL and relational database design
- Experience building REST APIs and connecting them to frontends
- Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and vector similarity search
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly in English
- Working knowledge of AWS Lambda, SQS, S3, and Step Functions (Preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD or DevOps
- Familiarity with vector databases and vector metrics
- Previous startup or small-team experience
