Job summary

We are seeking a proactive, technically sound, and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join our team at Icecool Contracts Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first and second-line IT support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring optimal IT service delivery both remotely and on-site.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Office 365, internet connectivity, email services, and general IT infrastructure
  • Respond to service tickets, document issues, and escalate complex problems as needed
  • Support cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and remote desktop environments
  • Perform routine system maintenance, data backups, antivirus updates, and patch management
  • Liaise with vendors and third-party providers when required
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports using internal tools (e.g., NERO field service tracker)
  • Provide on-site support to clients across Lagos and remotely to those in Abuja and Port Harcourt
  • Assist in documenting IT procedures and client support policies


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support experience
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, IP addressing, routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Office 365 admin tools
  • Familiarity with tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and remote monitoring platforms
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines


Additional Skills:

  • Experience with Zoho Admin tools or similar SaaS applications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Google Admin Console, or domain/email hosting platforms
  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) is an added advantage
