Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Golang.
- Work closely with the frontend and DevOps teams to build reliable, scalable systems.
- Write clean, maintainable code and ensure best practices in code quality and testing.
- Collaborate on architectural decisions and participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to improving processes, performance, and security of backend services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSC in any discipline
- Minimum 4 years of professional backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Golang.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud-based deployments (e.g., AWS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI Apis (e.g, Claude, Gemini)
- Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.
Remuneration: NGN 700,000 - 800,000
