Senior Web Architect & AIO Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Architect a Multi-Page Authority Site: Design and develop a comprehensive site structure that maps complex service categories into high-converting silos.
• Implement AI Optimization (AIO): Apply advanced JSON-LD Schema markup and "Knowledge Graph" seeding to ensure LLMs (such as Gemini and ChatGPT) accurately represent our brand voice and expertise.
• Execute Advanced Technical SEO: Optimize for Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness), and ranking visibility for institutional-grade keywords.
• Performance Monitoring: Set up tracking for organic traffic, search visibility, and AI-mention accuracy.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure the technical architecture supports a high-end, institutional aesthetic prioritizing ultra-realistic professional imagery over generic assets.
• Multi-Page Scaling: Experience managing 20+ page websites without losing performance or site-map clarity.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: 5+ years in high-level B2B or institutional web development and architecture.
• AIO Mastery: Deep understanding of how Large Language Models crawl and categorize business data.
• SEO Expertise: Mastery of technical SEO, local search optimization, and authority-building strategies.
• Development Stack: Proficiency in CMS management (WordPress/Webflow) with custom coding skills for "pixel-perfect" precision.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex risk-mitigation and compliance values into a structured digital format.

Performance Expectations:

• AI Information Accuracy: Within 3 months, AI queries about our brand should yield responses that mirror our CEO’s messaging.
• Search Visibility: Significant improvement in ranking for specialized service categories and regional searches.
• Technical Integrity: Zero-error technical audits, mobile-first responsiveness, and top-tier loading speeds.

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (US Time Zone)
