Responsibilities:
- Perform accessibility testing using manual and automated tools
- Assist with accessibility audits under guidance
- Fix accessibility issues in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Work on frontend code with accessibility as a core requirement
- Maintain existing code and apply accessibility improvements
- Document issues and fixes clearly for internal use
- Follow engineering processes and best practices
- Learn the core rules of web accessibility and how they apply to real websites
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn web accessibility standards and tools
- Ability to read technical documentation and apply it
- Clear communication and the ability to work in a team
Nice to have
- Any exposure to accessibility topics such as WCAG or ARIA
- Academic projects or self learning related to frontend development
