The Website Administrator & Digital Platforms Manager will be responsible for the development, maintenance, optimization, and performance of all websites and digital platforms across Luvanex Group, Luvanex Foundation, and ministry brands.

Responsibilities:
Website Development & Management:
- Build and manage websites and landing pages for all brands
- Maintain existing websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and PHP
- Ensure website security, uptime, responsiveness, and performance
- Implement updates, backups, and plugin management
SEO & Web Optimization:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization
- Improve search rankings, traffic, and visibility
- Ensure SEO-aligned content structure across websites
Digital Platforms & Content Publishing:
- Manage and upload podcast content on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Spreaker, and Telegram
- Upload and optimize videos on YouTube (long-form & shorts) with proper titles, tags, and thumbnails
- Manage YouTube pages for Tribe, King’s Arrow, Kings & Priests
- Upload video content to Luvanex Realty Instagram
- Upload audio content to Telegram channels
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track website and platform performance using analytics tools
- Provide monthly performance reports (traffic, engagement, growth)
- Use insights to improve content and platform strategy
Collaboration & Technical Oversight:
- Work closely with the Media Director, Social Media Manager, and Content Strategist
- Collaborate with app developers on Prayer Watch App development
- Ensure app deployment on the required stores
Technical Support:
- Resolve website and platform-related issues quickly
- Provide backend support during campaigns, events, and launches
Requirements:
- Proven experience in website administration and digital platforms
- Strong WordPress and basic coding knowledge
- Understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital publishing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Can explain SEO strategy in simple terms
- Demonstrates logical problem-solving
- Understands content distribution across platforms
- Shows initiative and accountability
- Comfortable managing multiple brands
- Strong work ethic and independence
