Warehouse Material Manager

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Ensure efficient layout and organization of warehouse space for optimal workflow.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Inventory Control:

• Implement and maintain accurate inventory tracking systems.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and morale.
• Develop work schedules and assign tasks to team members.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization:

• Analyze warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Leverage technology to streamline operations and improve accuracy.

Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:

• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Handle discrepancies or issues with shipments and resolve them effectively.

Requirements:

• 6 years experience
• Degree in a related field
