Job Summary
We're hiring a Shift Supervisor in Awka, Anambra State. This role involves overseeing production activities and ensuring operational efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise production activities during assigned shifts.
- Monitor and control production processes to maximize efficiency and meet production targets.
- Share daily reports with the management team on production metrics, downtimes, and performance during his shift.
- Facilitate seamless transition between production operations during shift changes.
- Ensure production output is consistent with quality standards.
- Maintain production documentation and oversee equipment operation and maintenance.
- Manage and coordinate the work of production workers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adequate staffing and training to support ongoing production.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a manufacturing team.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and computer literacy.
- Proficiency in Excel for generating timely reports.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work night shifts.
- Excellent crisis management and adaptation skills.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Preference for On-Site Living.
Location: Awka, Anambra
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 - 150,000
