Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and custom software
- Translate product specs and user behavior into design solutions
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on client and user needs
- Solve UX challenges such as usability, accessibility, and user flow optimization
- Ensure consistent branding and visual standards across designs
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement designs accurately
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
- Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a home office setup with a reliable PC and high-speed internet
- Business-minded approach to design and user experience
