Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma
- Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet user needs and business goals
- Create reusable UI components and libraries that can be leveraged across multiple projects.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to validate and refine design solutions
- Develop web and mobile applications using React, Angular, and other front-end technologies. Optimize designs for performance and scalability
- Maintain design consistency across different products and platforms
- Stay
up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI-UX design and development
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Experience with front-end development technologies such as React, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first design principles
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Understanding
of back-end technologies and APIs
