Job Description 

  • Booking air, car, hotel and Tours reservations for corporate clients, individuals and a designated group of travellers/arrangers.
  • Ability to make reservations, issues as well as process changes to tickets (rerouting, reissue, cancellation, voiding, etc)
  • Ability to provide visa advisory for major countries of interest.
  • Ability to book other travel services (hotel, transfers, tours, travel insurance etc)
  • To liaise with clients on the status of their jobs and enquiries: including answering calls and emails. 
  • Liaise with clients’ travellers and assist them with travel needs, as approved under the client's travel requirements.
  • To liaise with clients on the status of their enquiries.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with KHNL Travel units service suppliers, agents, airlines suppliers, Hotel suppliers, car hire suppliers etc as well as various travel third party vendors.
  • Arranging bespoke worldwide travel for high net-worth individuals.
  • Maintain a close relationship with clients, understanding their needs and fulfilling all of their travel requirements.
  • Provide an exemplary level of service to clients looking after them all the way through the sales process.
  • Converting incoming enquiries and turning them into sales.
  • To ensure all travels daily report generation is available for management.
  • Responsible to ensure all clients travel issues are resolved timely.
  • Ability to provide suggestions or strategies on how to grow KHNL’s travel business which could involve assisting the company to develop awareness and social media campaigns to generate sales if required.

Requirement & qualifications

  • The candidate should have a Minimum of B.Sc in any social science field from a recognized institution. Professional certification is an added advantage
  • Ability to use GDS (AMADEUS & GALILEO)
  • Candidate should have a Minimum of (3-5) years’ experience in a similar travels & Tours role.
  • Experience in a travel management or Tour company will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
