- Undertaking various responsibilities to address client’s unique business issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance.
- Leveraging problem-solving skills, industry knowledge, functional expertise, and specialized tools to create change and ensure enduring results.
- Assisting clients in translating strategies into actionable plans, bridging the gap between conceptualization and implementation to drive organizational transformation and achieve tangible outcomes.
- Contributing to the development of creative and innovative solutions for addressing client’s business and technology concerns.Â
- Collaborating with teams to actively participate in all aspects of client engagement.
- Gathering and analyzing data, formulating and testing hypotheses, devising and communicating recommendations.
- Presenting findings to client management and collaborating with client team members to implement recommendations.
- Functioning as a senior project manager for the delivery of consulting projects and accelerating business transformation efforts.
- Providing IT advisory and assurance services
- Providing training, coaching and mentoring to team members and client counterpart to aid in their skill development.
Requirements:
- Consulting experience, encompassing management of transformation projects across diverse sectors.
- Commercial awareness and a deep comprehension of business operations and processes.
- Attention to details and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in English writing.
- Proficiency in change management and project management.
- Ability to build on existing knowledge and adapt to new areas of expertise.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to change and versatility in different work environments.
- Knowledge of project management
- Possess good planning and numeric skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously or within a team
- Exceptional analytical, numerical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Teams
