Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales across all travel packages, including flights, accommodations, and tours.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to both B2C and B2B customers, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
  • Offer expert advice and recommendations to help customers find travel packages that meet their needs.
  • Work towards individual targets for sales, profit, service, and productivity.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales and margins.
  • Develop comprehensive destination and product knowledge through ongoing training and engagement.
  • Efficiently handle administrative queries and tasks.
  • Establish strong communication and collaborative relationships across the business.

 

 

Requirements:

  • HND or Bachelor's degree in aviation, travels and tours, or relevant field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of proven sales success within the travel industry, either as a reservations tour operator or in a travel agency.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the travel sector, including products and services.
  • Confident with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a positive outlook.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Proficient in computer systems and administration.
