Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage project budgets and resources, including third-party vendors and contractors
• Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration, creativity, and innovation
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects with cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with software development processes and technologies
• PMP or other project management certification
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools
• Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence solutions
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in software development
