Supply Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Accompany and supervise the supply team to multiple locations daily to document PET plastic and other recyclables purchasing and pick-up activities.
• Document processes, including taking pictures, filling forms with supplier details, and noting payment and raw material amounts.
• Upload collected data to the company’s record books and online databases accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain active communication with suppliers to conduct inquiries about available raw materials and confirm scheduling or booking of pick-up times.
• Coordinate closely with drivers and the operations manager to ensure efficient scheduling and logistics.
• Drive growth of the supply volumes, launch of new initiatives, and growth of the supply team.
• Be part of customer acquisition and onboarding.
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with simple data entry and online database systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle varied tasks and responsibilities.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or similar roles.
• Willingness to do fieldwork.
