About the Role
They are looking to hire a Supply Acquisition Associate that will support all aspects of the companyâs bus partner acquisition strategy and revenue growth objectives. As an associate of the supply acquisition team, you will be responsible for achieving established revenue targets aligned with acquiring strategic bus partners within your assigned territory. Success will be achieved through effective networking, prospecting, identifying, and closing bus partnership opportunities in the marketplace.
What do you need to be considered Successful?
âSupport the team by conducting market research to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
â Actively seek out new sales opportunities to increase Shuttlerâs customer base.
â Create frequent reviews and reports with relevant partner data.
â Research and recommend prospects for new partner opportunities
â Build and maintain relationships with existing bus partners and prospects
â Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend service improvement
â Demonstrate understanding and follow the established processes for sales
engagement at Shuttlers.
â Provide detailed reports on interactions with customers to the sales team.
â Directly Report relevant information about sales operations to senior leadership of the sales team.

What do you need to have done in their career?
â Possess a Bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
â Have over 3 years of experience in sales or any related field.
â 1+ yearâs experience working in a highly productive sales and partner acquisition team.
â Exceptional multi-tasking, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
â Demonstrated ability to build relationships across partner teams and at every level within an organization
âStrong interpersonal skills
â Excellent knowledge of MS Office
â Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
â Clear understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
â High learning velocity and passion for sales
â Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
â Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
