Job Summary
Store Keeper maintain inventories, orders merchandise, replenishes stocks, eliminates defective products, updates records, and provides customer service.
- Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
- Experience Level: Entry level

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Performs periodical stock verification and ensures the correctness of stock at all times.
- Maintenance of maximum and minimum stocks, checking all materials in terms of quality and quantity, and minimising storage costs of an organization.
- Supervising a variety of tasks in ordering, receiving, storing, distributing, shipping, and issuing equipment etc.
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and stores without delay to various production and service departments of the organization.
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
- Store Keeper Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
- No experience required
- Good knowledge of methods and practices used in ordering, storing, maintaining and issuing merchandise
- Good knowledge of simple arithmetic
- Familiarity with general office and purchasing practices
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally
