Job Summary

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. You will be responsible for ensuring that the employee onboarding process goes on smoothly. Besides, you should be able to post jobs on various job boards and develop screening procedures. You will also be responsible for organizing, participating, and networking at various recruiting events.

  • Minimum Qualification : MBA / MSc
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • As a Staffing Specialist, you should be able to perform thorough employee background checks as well as maintain accurate employee records. Moreover, you should be able to coordinate with external recruiting agencies and stay up-to-date with the employment laws. Also, you should be able to create and present detailed reports on the daily staffing tasks.
  • To be able to perform in this job role, you should have good multitasking skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
  • In addition to this, you should ensure that the company’s staffing needs are met in adherence to the governing laws and guidelines.
  • Your ability to work independently as well as collaboratively will be advantageous.  


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Proven work experience as a Staffing Specialist, Staffing Coordinator, Staffing Agency Recruiter, or a similar role in the Human Resources department
  • Complete knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and other onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with ATS software
