About The Position Strong Knowledge of Foxboro I/A Series (10.4) DCS Engineering Design including System Architecture/network drawings/Cyber security/IO Wiring/CPU Load calculations/Cabinet design/Loop drawings. Triconex Experience will be an advantage.Works under Operations/Project Manager either individually or as a lead for a team of engineers to execute a project.Manages small projects independently and takes up the responsibility of a Project Manager while doing so.Review and understand customer specifications completely to finalizes design conforming to project requirements.Responsible for the development and approval of final deliverables.Ensures that the deliverables meet all criteria of good engineering practices and conform to international as well as company’s standards.Ensure quality of engineering and design deliverables of both direct and subcontracted work complying with contract and government requirements and support the overall project schedule. Maintains/ manages query lists for all internal as well as customer related queries.Responsible for system design, hardware design and software design.Responsible for DCS/PLC Programming & HMI DevelopmentResponsible to develop and use engineering tools/processes to ensure efficient development and quality of project deliverablesActs as advisor in finding solutions to the technical problems related to his projectResponsible for knowledge enhancement and professional improvement of his team using mentorship skills; Train the engineers in advanced Foxboro techniques and prepare them for engineering, FAT and site services. Plans/ organizes integration and internal testing.Provides support for internal testing and FAT wherever planned worldwide.Manages the Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities. Travel to any other INTECH office around the world for carrying out assignmentsManage Site works/Call Outs through his team and mobilize to site if required. Requirements Required Qualification: BSC Engineering: (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics)Required Total Experience: 8-10 Years
