Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Detox, and Body Sculpting massages with professionalism.
- Perform luxury facials, including deep cleansing facials, hydrating facials, glow facials, dermaplaning prep facials, and post-procedure soothing facials (training provided for Baddie Lab protocols).
- Assess client concerns and recommend appropriate facial or massage therapies.
- Record all treatment details and client preferences accurately in AestheticsPro EMR.
- Prepare, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms before and after each service.
- Support medical and nursing staff with pre- and post-procedure care when necessary.
- Educate clients on aftercare for facials and massages, including home routines and maintenance.
- Monitor consumables for both massage and facial supplies; ensure treatment areas remain fully stocked.
- Uphold The Baddie Lab’s pink-luxury experience through impeccable service, etiquette, and personal presentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a spa, medspa, or wellness center.
- Certification or license in massage therapy; additional esthetics or facial training is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience performing facials and familiarity with professional skincare.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and safe treatment practices.
- Excellent communication, hygiene, and customer service skills.
- Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with body sculpting, detox work, or post-surgery lymphatic care is a plus.
- Must reside on the Island (Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Ajah, Oniru). No accommodation provided.
Remuneration: NGN120,000 – 180,000 monthly (depending on experience and performance)
Work Days: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
