Job Summary
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will assess, diagnose, and manage clients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties. You will provide therapy in clients' homes and collaborate closely with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and client-centred care.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct home-based assessments and evaluations of speech and language conditions.
- Develop and deliver personalised therapy plans tailored to each client’s environment.
- Support families and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals.
- Document assessments, treatment progress, and client outcomes in compliance with professional standards.
- Provide culturally appropriate and age-appropriate interventions.
- Educate clients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience, preferably in a community or home care setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated, compassionate, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel and provide care in clients’ homes.
- Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices is an advantage.
