Job Summary
The ideal candidate is a qualified Nurse responsible for supporting clinical service delivery within the clinic. The role involves patient preparation, assistance during non-surgical procedures, infection prevention and control, clinical documentation, and post-treatment care. The Nurse will work closely with doctors and the clinical team to ensure patients receive safe, efficient, and professional care before, during, and after procedures. The Nurse is expected to adhere strictly to approved clinical protocols, uphold patient safety and confidentiality, and contribute to a consistent, professional standard of care across all clinical interactions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for aesthetic and skincare procedures by confirming treatment plans, consent forms, and clinical readiness.
- Assist doctors and aesthetic practitioners during non-surgical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments, promptly escalating any adverse reactions or complications.
- Maintain strict infection prevention and control practices, including sterilization of equipment and treatment areas.
- Ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared before procedures and properly cleaned, reset, and restocked after use.
- Accurately document patient records, treatment notes, consent forms, and aftercare instructions in line with clinic protocols.
- Provide clear post-treatment care instructions and educate patients on recovery, skincare routines, and precautions.
- Monitor and document usage of clinical consumables and support stock control by reporting low or expired items.
- Uphold patient confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional conduct at all times.
- Support continuous improvement by participating in trainings, clinical briefings, and quality reviews.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
- Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) license.
- 1–2 years of post-qualification nursing experience.
- Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or clinic-based practice is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of infection control, patient safety, and clinical hygiene standards.
- Professional, patient-focused approach with good communication skills.
