Nutritionist/Machandizer

Responsibilities:

• Provide nutrition guidance to customers aligned with recognized nutrition standards and company policies.
• Conduct basic assessments (diet history, lifestyle, goals) and recommend practical, culturally appropriate meal guidance.
• Create easy-to-understand nutrition education materials: guides, FAQs, product usage instructions, and wellness tips.
• Participate in promotional activities: product demos, tastings, live sessions, webinars, community talks, and influencer collaborations
• Track customer questions/objections and provide structured insights to improve products and marketing
• Maintain documentation of approved nutrition claims, product positioning, and standard responses.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to align product messaging with inventory and promotions.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health Nutrition, or related field.
• Professional certification/licensure (where applicable) or demonstrable practical experience in nutrition counseling.
• 1–3+ years in nutrition practice, wellness brands, FMCG, retail health, or community health (preferred).
• Strong communication skills: able to simplify nutrition information without exaggeration or misinformation.
• Experience creating content for social media, community marketing, retail promotions, or health education programs is an advantage.
• Evidence-based nutrition knowledge and ethical practice.
• Ability to write and speak persuasively while remaining scientifically accurate.
• Familiarity with nutrition labeling, allergens, and responsible product claims.
• Strong stakeholder management and teamwork across marketing/sales.
• May be required for store visits, activations, and events
