Software Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web/mobile/desktop applications based on business requirements.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA testers, and product managers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of software engineering practices.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure software is optimised for performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in remote and field Training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in software development with 2-5 years of practical experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Java.
• Experience with frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Django, etc
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
